Two-Day Seminar with Director George Koutlis

Using basic methodological tools (suggested conditions, event, interior monologue, second shot, etc.), and based on material from the dramaturgy of A.P. Chekhov, participants will enter the creative process of “translating” a theatrical work into stage language.

Through trials and failures and the alternation of theory and practice, they will come into contact with the tools of acting, with Chekhov’s imaginary universe and with the function of play as an essential element of theatrical rehearsal.

The seminar is aimed at theater professionals, graduates and students of Drama Schools.

Location: Lemon Art Studio (Ptolemaion 26, 4th floor, Thessaloniki)
